Summer Pole Set

Our Rocket Tent was optimized to reduce weight by eliminating duplication of poles that experienced ski mountaineers always have on hand. However, if you're using the Rocket Tent for a climbing adventure or summer hiking, where you wouldn't normally be carrying ski poles or an avalanche probe, don't forget to bring these poles instead. These poles remain true to the alpinist spirit by providing the functionality you need, without any excess weight.

These poles are DAC Featherlite®, Pressfit™ aluminum poles that are thin and light, yet strong. They're 15% lighter than other poles with comparable strength. The mating sections of the poles are extruded to improve durability compared to pole set using glued-in inserts. As a result, they're stronger and lighter weight too.
