The Brooks-Range All-In-One UTM Reader™ is an essential tool for backcountry adventurers. It contains all the UTM’s, scales, and slope indexes commonly used on backcountry topographic maps in the US, Alaska, Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Japan.
Measuring only 4¼” x 7”, the All-in-One UTM Reader easily fits in a pocket. The non-glare, flexible plastic material prevents broken corners or tearing in cold and severe conditions.
Besides the 12 UTM scales, our UTM reader also has 10 distance scales, 14 slope indexes, a compass rose, and a 24k/0.1km UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator). All these features make the Brooks-Range All-In-One UTM Reader as valuable as a map and compass for backcountry travel and orienteering.
