Adventure Racing UTM Reader

Adventure Racers need to be prepared for whatever the trail throws at 'em. Our Adventure Racing UTM Reader™ includes the five UTM map scales most commonly used in adventure races, making route estimates easy.

1:10,000 • 1: 15,000 • 1: 24,000 • 1: 25,000 • 1: 30,000

Each of the five corner ruled scales are marked to a resolution of 10 meters, with easy to distinguish red lines every 100 meters. A Compass Rose, Inclinometer and Common Conversions are also included.

It's thin profile slips naturally with a folded map into a pocket, or between the pages of a fieldbook. A non-glare surface keeps it useable even in direct light and the flexible material prevents broken corners or tearing in cold and severe conditions.

  It’s been great to see your map readers in so many places, including REI I believe!! I do rave about them and I believe them to be one of the better tools (alright, the best!) out there for map work. I wonder how the ‘guide’ version will do.
